Pleasant Unity Volunteer Fire Department continues the longtime tradition of driving Santa Claus around the PUVFD home fire district to visit with the kids of our area. Santa will begin at 12 Noon on Sunday, December 17th and travel throughout the PUVFD district. Have the kids listen for the fire trucks as they hit your street and send them out to see Santa and get their treat bag from one of Santa's elf's. Junior Firefighters are needed!! The fire companies that comprise the Unity Township Fire Bureau have initiated a Junior Firefighter Recruitment Campaign at the Greater Latrobe Senior High School. Please watch the short video produced by Greater Latrobe students to help with our campaign by clicking the link below.
Any prospective Junior Firefighter or their parents who have any questions may contact Chief John Bacha at chief@puvfd.org.
